CARTOONS FOR NEWSPAPERS
I’ve been employed to provide cartoons for a variety of newspapers. For the past 2 years I’ve been contracted by the Gazette in Port Douglas to produce a cartoon in strip format which is based on whatever the main story is that week. Here are a few samples below. Unless the cartoon is self-explanatory, I’ve tried to provide a brief summary of the article under the cartoon and likewise for the single panel cartoon that I do for the FNQ Independent.

This was an editorial cartoon for the FNQ Independent to accompany an article about how the Lonely Planet travel guide rated the Shetland Islands in the UK above tropical Port Douglas in Australia. That’s crazy talk!
